5. Application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 30’ x 24’ addition to an
existing 26’ x 24’ accessory building resulting in a footprint exceeding 1000
square feet in an RR-1 (Residential-Recreation) zoned District, part of GV Lot
1, Section 17, Township 41 North, Range 3 East, Town of Sherman (site address
